customer service was virtually non-existent. the price that was quoted over the phone was half that of quote on scene, and the service representative was very non-professional.

I've known Ted for years and Spring Menders has done work on my vehicles for as many years. Always the best quality work at great prices. They can do just about anything when it comes to trucks and they will always fix it right the first time.

Had taken a freind's truck here to get rear leaf springs repaired. They Quoted me one price and when I picked it up, the bill was almost double without a phone call, warning, or permission. All I got from the guy was ""sorry, I dropped the ball and forgot to call you"". Then after seeing I was deeply upset, he gave me a $40.00 discount. I will NOT go back!!!
