My wife, 2 year old and myself stayed at Spotswood from July of 15 till April of 16. This complex is 5 min. from anything you could ever want to be close to. My wife is currently paralyzed, not only did they add additional handicap parking, they put in front loader W/D as well as replaced the back buttons on the stove with buttons on the front. I absolutely LOVE living at Spotswood Commons. It is beautiful, full grown trees add so much character. The gym and clubhouse are always very clean and well taken care of. We use the gym multiple times a week and everything is always in place and working perfectly. The grounds are well kept. I lived in Spotswood Commons for two years and the property is great. Would like to thank Amy, Becky, and Jimmy for everything! Not only was the staff very helpful, they were accomidating to all of my needs. I could not have lived in a nicer community in Williamsburg then Spotswood. If you are moving to the area, I highly recommend you chose Spotswood Commons!!

You are paying for a brochure and a gated community. The walls are thin, the staff is inept. The neighbors are unfriendly and snooty. Parking for guests is ridiculous. If you can live without a brochure (pick a different one) and without a gate (that people drive through anyway), then don't bother. The rent is ridiculous.

Friendly management, responsive maintenance, clean, quiet, safe great amenities. Very customer focused. (Was in a bind and needed a place quickly, completely furnished. They did it superbly and on very short notice.)
