The Best Restaurant on the ICW. What a pleasant surprise to find a warm, friendly, healthy, gourmet restaurant on our ICW trip. This is worth the stop just to dine there. Bellhaven is a charming little town and wonderful to walk around for a little exercise after a day on the water.

Enchanting place for a meal!. My sisters and I were traveling to the Outer Banks of North Carolina and stopped overnight in Belhaven, NC before ferrying to Ocracoke Island. Our hostess at our chosen bed and breakfast recommended the Spoon River Artworks and Market for dinner and WOW were we grateful for her suggestion! New restaurant in Belhaven. Food is definitely upper end in quality and price. $16-$24 for entrees. However dress is still casual. Seafood and filet mignon were excellent. Buy a bottle of wine from their market to drink at dinner.
