Just moved in, So far very nice. Very quiet, and I love the area. close and convenient and everyone seems so nice and helpful. I was greeted with a really nice welcome gift in my apartment which I thought was really nice.

It looks like there are finally some changes, thanks to the management change. My roommate and I moved in a few months ago and have been mostly happy with our apartment, but have had a few issues with one of our toilets. I have lived here approximately 3 years and I think the area is beautiful and I love the lakes with the ducks. The location is nice too. Very close to almost everything. some maintanence issues but they were always prompt in taking care of the issues. Management is very professional and polite.

I have lived in the neighborhood here at Spinnaker Cove for over two years. I have never had any issues since my time here. It is very quiet and in close proximity to anyplace you are looking to go to. I have also known a few friends who have also lived here and have never had any problems.
