Our experienced speech-language pathologists and
audiologists provide evaluations and treatment to ensure that infants,
children and adults reach their full potential to communicate and to hear

Our professional staff is NJ licensed and nationally certified, and participate in monthly continuing education programs.
Our speech-language pathologists evaluate and treat voice,
articulation, fluency, language, processing and swallowing disorders; and
our audiologists conduct hearing and hearing aid evaluations for all
ages and are experts in diagnosing and providing educational
recommendations for children with Central Auditory Processing Disorders.
We offer PROMPT as well as social communication and fluency
groups.
We also have speech-language pathologists who are bilingual in Spanish, Hebrew, Polish, and Russian, and Portuguese.
Speech and Hearing Associates has been dispensing
hearing aids for over 35 years. All evaluations, fittings and follow-up
visits are with doctors of audiology. Most of SHA’s audiologists have over
16 years of experience and have been with Speech and Hearing Associates for more than 15 years.
With offices in nine different locations, Speech and Hearing Associates is the largest private practice in New Jersey and offers the most comprehensive services for the evaluation and treatment of speech and hearing disorders affecting infants, children and
adults.
Speech and Hearing Associates receives referrals from and partners with physicians, hospitals, educators, schools, Head Start programs, early intervention programs and long-term care facilities.
SHA consults with over 65 school districts in New Jersey, providing in-service training for educators, therapy and evaluations for students, as well as speech-language
screenings, and Audiology and Central Auditory Processing consultations.
