The service was great and the price was lower than Home Depot. The showroom provided a nice display. The sales person and installation technician were knowledgeable and very nice.

Speciality Drapery earns the highest scores for both their products and service. I had them re-upholster a chair and refit window treatments and their work was excellent. The designers were very knowledgable and this was supported by a very skilled installer. I couldn't have asked for an easier process or better results. I would highly recommend Speciality Drapes.

I was very impressed by Speciality Curtains who came to install several blinds for me. They were pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient and I would definitely use them again.

Our main issue with Specialty is that they over-promised and under-delivered. This was an expensive experience that ended in less than the promised results. We truly like the people we dealt with. However, there was a huge oversight: They failed to let us know that the custom blackout shades they sold us on required perfectly level windowsills to work properly. Therefore, we ended up with...
