Welcome to Spargo's Grille, an upscale, casual restaurant with its unique style. Established in 2000 in Manalapan, New Jersey, Spargo's has quickly become a gem in Monmouth County. Chef/owner Tim Murphy refreshes bored palates with his fresh Californian–Caribbean flair.

Foid is always great. Service is good. Ambiance is ok. But great for party of 8. Nice round table. The Food is excellent. Not a fan of strip mAlls.
