Terrible service! They terminated me as a patient because I had a question about why I got billed $85 for one pair of sample contacts. When I asked the women at the front desk they rolled their eyes and got an attitude. And no one would give me a call back when I just had a question. Most unprofessional place I have ever been to. If your looking for a good eye doctor I don't recommend here.
This was the worst experience ever in getting contacts for my son. I have used several optometry locations as my son has been wearing glasses since he was 5 and he is 17, and this being his 1st contact experience has been a nightmare! I will NEVER use them again!!!
I was seen at the office today by one of their new doctors. She is amazing!!! I was able to purchase and take home my new glasses all in the same day! Thank for helping me through this process of lasik enhancment!
I don't trust these guys. Tell you one thing then a bill shows up. Took my business elsewhere.
