I have never been happier. The staff is awesome, they always have a smile and are always willing to help. My teeth are the greatest they have ever looked. I have referred my friends and family and those that have gone there are happy too. Never consider anyone else, Dr Spannhake and her staff are the best ever.

The staff are very impolite. Dr. Spannhake does not take the time to explain treatment. I would not recommend this office for your orthodental work. There are other great and friendly orthodentists in the Baltimore area that take their time with you.

I am an adult patient of Dr. Spannhake's and I am very impressed with her and her office. Everyone is very professional and the care is great! My smile is looking better and better every day all the gaps I had between my teeth are gone!

All three of my daughters were treated by Dr. Spannhake and she was great! The staff/assistants were wonderful with my children and they loved the office. My girls all have beautiful teeth and smiles now and their senior pictures look great!!!

I went to Dr. Spannhake for braces and teeth whitening before I got married. No bride wants to hide their smile on their wedding day and after my treatment my smile was great! My wedding pictures are beautiful and I was not ashamed to smile and show my teeth! I would recommend Dr. Spannhake to anyone seeking orthodontic treatment!
