CLOSED, where are my records!!!!!

showed up for our Appts, the doors are locked, the office is empty and they have my exrays!!! Still getting text messages from them.....

Not returning any of my calls to confirm appt!!

I have been receiving NUMEROUS texts and emails to confirm our dental appointment. We are unable to make it and so I have called many times and left SEVERAL messages. I have yet to recieve a return call. I have read the surprising article regarding the practice. I need to obtain our dental records to find another practice but there is no means of contacting them.

Hansen Review

While the quality of service and professionalism were top-notch, I did have to wait to be seen. I showed 10 minutes early for a 1000 appt and had to wait 40 minutes before we began. Not a big deal when compared to the professionalism shown once I was in the chair.
