landlords myra,and kim are both very respectful,friendly,knowledgeable,and well kept. matience is beyond exspectations prompt and well above most. security is not an issue we have 24 hour recorded survilence and with the assistance gardus any issue is delt with perfessonaly and prompt. I would recomend these apartments to anyone of any social status.

Great place. I love living here, it's great to come home to a nieghborhood that is clean and well kept. I like the staff, they are all very nice, and Lil' Bit is always doing something around here to keep things nice! I also think it's great they started the community watch meetings again, it makes me feel like the staff actually cares about us. I don't think I will ever leave unless of coarse...

we live in this apartment for almost 3 years...the staff with the exception of mayra the complex manager who happen to be unprofessional and rude...also very inconsistent ...beside that mayor problem ...the place is great to live even thought its near the ghetto..the security is good and the place well kept by tomasina the resident maintance...something else if you live in the lower apartment u...
