The vet's office employees are very friendly. The vet didn't even come to examine my kitten. They took "her" to a different room, to claim that they were going to take "her" to the vet himself. I was totally taken aback. On top of this, they did/'t even tell me that my baby is a "he," not a "she!" (When they are young, it is hard to tell w/ feline babies). Dr. Brown went through the motions of examining my pet and drew a blood sample. He stated more than once that the lab results would be back in 24 hours. 48 hours later and two phone calls from me and no lab report. Five days later I get a call to bring my pet in. It's illness required it be put to sleep. The clinic handled everything.

Took my sick dog Bullet to this place because it was on the ""free vet visit"" list for Fulton County & I can honestly say I wil NEVER go back there!
First of all, the place smells terrible & it's extremely dirty!!
Second, I know my dog is sick but that's no excuse for the ""veterinarian"" (if you can call him that) to tell me to ""take him back"" & ""exchange"" him.. Wtf?
My dog is not an object that can be exchanged & obviously that's NEVER going to happen!
I didn't appreciate him comparing my dog to a defective car t(-_-)
