I called to have them come out to our office and fill our generator and the woman on the phone was unnecessarily rude to me. Not only was the customer service at the front line extremely poor, but when I stated how I would be paying she simply told me that they didn’t accept that type of payment and hung up. I feel that she could have at least informed me of the other options to pay and see...
