I've lived here for 2 years and I like the location. My apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a laundry room. I'm retiring in February 2016 and the rent is probably going to be my biggest bill. I haven't had any problems with the apartment. Hope I win.

This neighborhood is great, they community center has events throughout the year for the residents in the community and locals and the area. I thinks that it's a great place to live. But they are bad when it comes to maintenance. If they free like your issue isn't important, you get pushed to the waiting list. I've been waiting about 4-5 months just to get my bathroom and bedroom checked out...
