BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!!! Only use this place if it is a dire emergency. This is not a clinic! Went in with an ear infection, 30 minutes later I was out with a shot and the doc wrote a prescription for a z-pack. 60 days later received a statement where they had billed me $850+ for this visit. Was charged $135 for the exact same service/procedure/visit back last January at a local clinic in AL....

I visited the emergency care center last night and was very pleased with Dr Fisher's professionalism, through explanation of my medical condition, and the empathy he expressed towards me. I would recommend this physician and facility to family and friends. Thank You

I don't know what you are talking about. They took my $50 copay and I got billed for $112. Maybe you pissed them off and they upped your bill, haha. The wait wasn't too bad. I got out of their in about an hour. At the time I was feeling awful and ready to get out lol

Please ,please DO NOT go to this Urgent Care facility unless you want to be treated very rudely and charged alot! From the front desk staff to the doctor...the staff was the most rude,uncaring individules I have ever been around (in a medical establishment). It took an hour or longer to even be called back into a room and then another 45+ minutes for the Dr to even come into the room! And there...

Do not go here, they tell you they take your insurance and then process it and you find out they are not contracted with your insurance company. I have Anthem !!!! Do not go here, drive to CareNow in Keller or Grapevine, service is way better, you can do web check in and it will be a fraction of the cost $100 versus a $1000. I am being charged $650 for walking thru the door as an emergency...
