Rip off. Signed a contract but no regular service plan and you have to call them to have any work done. Isn't part of the reason for the contract is that they provide preventive services? Not if you're SPC - get the money and hope the customer doesn't call and book it as all profit. The times I did have them come out and they sprayed for ants, the ants never went away. Go somewhere else.
