Have lived here for several years and overall it's been great, it's close to shopping, close to a brand new elementary school (CrossRoads) and has ample parking. The apartment is spacious with hardwood floors and has central air and heat. The rent is very reasonable.

Someone car got broken into last night. This is the second time that this has happened on the property.First, it was 6 or 7 cars that got broken into. Last night it was one. This has to stop , I question if the security cameras even work.The parking is getting out of hand again forcing people to park far from their apt. I think there should be assigned parking.This could be a nice place to live...

There seems to be a problem with cars being broken into in and around this apartment complex. The apartment manager seems impethetic, but there is no plan in place to improve security that I am currently aware of. The square ft. is worth the money in rent, but the temperture controlled thermostat and incomplete maintenance in my apart force me to question if moving here was the right decision!
