I would say that having your Staff answer a call intended for SECURITY about one of YOUR employees behaving inapropiately with the residents..and when I specifically ASK for security at 401 am Tuesday..January 8th 2013 and they say "um hum" muffled..and I again ask if they are "security" and they again give the muffled "um hum" and when I then tell them that I am NOT joking around and need to...

I would not recommend that anyone put someone you are about in their care. My mother and grandmother had terrible experiences and Southern Oaks. They would rather gossip than to take care of the patients.
