Same story as already told. Home warranty is notified of our air conditioning going out. Service call placed. SMR is required to call within 4 hours to schedule appt. This did not happen. I called 5 hours later to follow up with the service call. The scheduling person was unavailable until 5 pm so i was to call back. Mistake number 1. They sat on the service call and which meant i was not going...
Long story short. Two months, 8 service calls (three of which were no call/no shows) and still no air conditioning. ||[]||[]We have called a different contractor to service our air, one that will hopefully show up when they say they will.
