Very friendly from the start of the first phone call to paying and picking up my car. Customer service is my biggest thing. This kia out did customer service at va beach kia by a TON. i will always make the long drive just to bring my kia here again.

Thoroughness of the information about the Sedona.
The physical space was very clean, and used some environmental products like Nature Green.
