This is the first time we scheduled a pickup with this company and never again. I called in a pickup more then 24 hrs before and they still weren't able to pick up our freight. I called the day of the pickup and they told me they would make it before our closing time. It was 4:15 pm when I called again, it was too late by then. Their personnel didn't even have the courtesy of notifying us...

I have nothing against the company even though they blew up the pick up time frames given by THEM, 2 times in a week. I am OK with it. But customer service is another thing. When asked why they didn't show up the lady (Abby or Amy, don't exactly remember) was very adamant and not at all apologetic. She pretty much said " we don't want to do business with you".
