Very Good... But

I have been to many concerts here, and the sound and views have always been great.... Even from the lawn.

The reason for the "Very Good...But" and only 4 stars is this. The customer service over the phone is awful, I've called multiple times and still have not been able to get a straight answer out of them, for a price on a ticket. I just don't get why it's SOOO hard for them to tell me...

I love this place for a concert. I have seen many artists and bands there and for me, this venue is so much better than a big arena. Being outside, out in the open listening to a great band is an unbeatable scenario. It gets extremely hot in the seats when it's really hot out which can ruin an evening but now I always get lawn tickets because no matter where you are you can still see the stage...
