The service and repairs went perfectly fine. I just felt compelled to write a review because of the questionable ethics of this business. They lied to me in order to get this job and it ended up costing me $50 over what they were already charging.

i called sears,they told me that they would send somone the next week with 5 hours window ,so i called atlas appliance service ,they sent the tech the same day with two hours window and he was very helpfull and affordable price and that what i appreciate.thanks

The guy who answered even tried to help me fix the problem over the phone. I don't typically hear that from a service-related company. The part was in fact damaged so he came by that very day and fixed it. The price was very reasonable too, especially for such a good response time. Thanks
