Rip-off

We were concerned we had a chimney fire so we called them to look at our chimney. They were supposed to clean it. They said that we had to put in a stainless steel insert because our chimney was damaged. I didn't believe them so I got a second opinion from a retired firefighter turned chimney expert. He said we were fine and that the chimney had not been cleaned. He got a 5 gallon bucket of stuff out of the chimney. Would not recommend.
