One word, AVOID. The guy who sets the tiles has big attitude. The one who grouts is a kid with 2 weeks of experience, and his skills are no better than for making molehills (no kidding - we actually laughed our heads off when we saw how he essentially made 90 degree angles into large radius curves). Then you get the sealing expert, who is better than the previous two, but hey - what's the use...
Steve Somma and his team are extremely professional. They provided top quality work,fabulous product displays to choose colors from and excellent pricing. After meeting with Steve, price was not even a consideration due to his professionalism and expert knowledge in color matching selection! However, we were pleased when the estimate came back as more than competitive.
