Apparently if you don't spend enough money, you dont get the best service. While she was very helpful with ideas for me (I got married in May) in the beginning, I guess I didnt spend enough because it went downhill after that. She showed up at the reception site and just dropped everything off. Thankfully I had friends who set it all up for me. They said she wasnt even there for a half hour....

Tracy does nice work but why does she do the SAME thing at every event. I understand it's hard to have alot of color each time because different people do different colors but everything is the same back drop. I go to alot of events and I can always tell who decorates it without looking at the program because she does the SAME THING.

my daughter got married on may 16th 2009... we went to the hall to finalize all. when my daughter seen it decorated we asked who was the decorater of the wedding that was decorated in the hall we were told tracy burch my daughter wanted her and mind you it was 3 weeks prior to wedding we talked to tracy and she said she would do it we were so amazed that she would do it in so little timing...

Tracy helped plan our 25th Anniversary Party as well as variousgraduation parties. She is more than "Something Special" she is Something Else. She is a cut above the rest. I cancelled my wedding and contacted Tracy in March....4 months before my wedding. It is now June and I have called her 4 times and had a letter personally delivered to her asking for my refund. She has not contacted me one time, nor has she refunded my money. She is unprofessional and impossible to get a hold of. I just reported her to the Better Business Bureau! I recommend that you do not...
