The equipment is great, the hours are unbeatable 24/7, and the monthly fees are reasonable. Coupled with the fact that you do not have to sign any type of long term contract, it is a great deal.

That said, if you ever need to cancel your membership, you have to send them the notice in writing but the only address given anywhere is the 3107 Boulevard Colonial Heights, VA 23834 BUT that...
