Where is that nice lady that used to work in front office? I have asked the other office staff there, act as though is a big secret! All I know- Smoot's has GONE DOWN HILL since the customer service rep is gone

my car was repaired here and I was very unsatisifilied with the way it was handled, car was retured with a cracked windshield that was not there when I took it in. And they wounld not repair. front fender not in tack that was i when it was taken in . I went back they claim it was like that and it was not takin off to paint entire car. I will never have any car repaired here,nor would I refer...

With six body-shop bays and two paint bays, Smoot's can handle an awful lot of traffic. This business works closely with Enterprise Rental Cars, so customers can get back on the road quickly after dropping a car off for repair. Rockdale Towing is also on-site, as is a storage facility for RVs, boats and construction equipment.
