The Ice Cream Parlor is a must do in Smithfield. First and foremost, the staff is extremely cordial. Whether you are dinning in or taking out, service is great. This is my son's favorite place! Hummmm... I wonder why? Actually this is a great little restaurant and ice cream parlor that serves up delicious food at great prices! We love it!
