Visited yesterday and so sad to see this gem of a place in decline. Have been going for many years but have not been lately due to family losses. Smithfield Gardens was a place where you could get plants that were not your ordinary plants (found at lowes and walmarts). So disappointed in the recent customer service! In the middle of a multi-phase project the designer left the company. Now I can't get ANYTHING done! I have attempted to contact and schedule several times. The original quote was increased by several hundred dollars. I was told I would get a call from the owner- never happened.
