I tried to resolve an issue today, that in "my opinion", was the fault of this company. I had an oil change done march 30 and had oil drips days and couple weeks later assuming it was just normal oil drip from filter dripping down or something. I took it too my Chevy dealer to get that checked out. They assessed and saw the oil pan was total stripped out. I then took it back to Smithfield...

Probably the fastest oil change I have ever gotten. I always get my oil changed here and have never waited more than 20 minutes. They do all the usual things like vacuuming, filling up some fluids...
