Very rude ladies at front end. Made no effort to resolve my issue. Sarcastically told me to "have a nice day" as I left. My husband has had similar poor service.

I had laser surgery....it went perfectly! The only problem was all the unexpected bills from other sources. ..anesthesia, lab, etc. Not the Vision Centers problem

Highly recommend New Braunfels Vision Center, Dr Tompkins always demonstrates her expertise with professionalism. She is very detail with her examination and explains her diagnosis and recommendations thoroughly. The staff within the center provides the best patient services and always are very helpful. I totally recommend and I am very delighted to have found New Braunfels Vision Center.

Dr. Tompkins is the best! So professional always takes to time to talk, while never making you feel rushed. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend NBVC.
