The service was good and the chili was very nice, that is the best thing I can say. The chowder was not good, the oysters that i asked to be very lightly steamed were over cooked and tasteless. The food is over priced and not up to par. The fried shrimp was far worse than a fast food chain would serve at 5 times the cost. I would say don't waste your time or money unless you are stopping in for...

Smoked BBQ and oysters... lots of choices with great Big Blue Wednesday specials near ODU on wings, a changing full meal for 8 bucks, and beer specials... live music most Wednesdays and Saturdays...

Ordered the country sample BBQ chicken n pork, ribs and brisket. Was so good it didn't need the sauces.

I've seen this place multiple times coming to and from the ODU campus; and I finally got a chance to try it. It's a very quiet place, at least when I stopped in. This place seems to get busier...
