Same Negative experience, bought a groupon package, called to make an appointment, they said I had to do a consult first, to make appointments, no treatment, I would have to return for first treatment. that detail was not written in their promotion. Felt like their plan to upsell first. Not hard to find all the negative reviews online.

Great prices, amazing staff and owners. They do everything to enhance the body and the setting is really calm and relaxing inside, you feel like just falling asleep. I originally came here for a massage a few months ago thru Groupon and have been coming once a week for massages since then.
