I had a warranty issue with another area store, but kept getting the run around. I stopped into Sleepworld and talked with on of their sales staff who told me that since they also carried Serta, that he could process my warranty for me even though I did not purchase my mattress there. It took a couple of weeks, but in the end, they saved me $800 by getting me the credit that the other store...
