The storage facility was owned by another company and bought out. Now you cannot find carts or get any timely help when you need it. They kept me waiting outside for hours for that immediate call to access my belongings when I could not get into the locker. I have had customer services problems from the moment they took over the old company. So on the customer service side the rating is POOR!...
