I have been going to Simon Eye Associates for years. I have gotten glasses from them in the past and have never had a problem getting them on a timely basis and the staff was such a big help in picking them out.

Seeing Dr Brown in the Middletown office is like visiting with an old friend. He is genuinely interested in you as a total person, not just a set of eyes. His friendly, outgoing nature combined with his command of current technology inspire confidence and trust.

I had my first eye exam in over 15 years and was actually impressed with the experience I had at Simon Eye Associates. The doctor explained everything he was gong to do and even made helpful suggestions on how I could better take care of my eye sight. I ended up having to get glasses and the optician was extremely helpful as well. She pointed out how the frames should fit my face and what...

How many times can a place get your order incorrect? At Simon Eye Associates, try twice! I was to receive a call from them to correct the second problem, but they never called back. Perhaps it is because the lenses were at a reduced price through a vision care plan, and I was not a high paying client? Do they realize that people drop glasses, need a second pair, may need an eye doctor for a problem, or may actually recommend them to friends and neighbors if they do a good job? Obviously, they are missing the big picture.
