The WORST insurance agent I have ever had; HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I moved here from Va. and wanted to keep Erie Insurance (loved the agent I had in Va); I called this agent b/c she was with Erie. She quoted me a car insurance rate 3 times; went to sign the paperwork; the price was higher. I asked for an explanation; she kept saying "human error"; I finally had another insurance agent call this...
