Before putting a deposit on a weekly room be sure you ask or view the website for their refund policy. If you cancel after Feb 1st they will keep your deposit.

I went there for over 20 years and I absolutely loved it, i just wish i didnt have to stop going every summer, but now i just go back for visits of all my friends who still go there. Definately worth the trip to spend your summer time at silver sands. Then best part is the pink cottages :)

I have been staying at Silver Sands for 16 years, and have never had a problem with the service. I personally know every member of the staff, and they are all very polite and helpful. The person that wrote the bad review did not even stay there.
