Over the years my family has had TERRIBLE experiences with personnel at this facility. I swear they must hire technicians right out of the gutter. With an extremely ill infant, the EEG technician came into the room and turned the TV on to Jerry Springer and the comments he made were unbelievable. More recently the tech was listening to RAP and eating after being very rough with the now ten year old, during an EEG. Parking and getting into the hospital is a dangerous and expensive foray. I could go on and on. Billing is a nightmare. We've spent days and days over the last few years at various other facilities and this is the WORST! Avoid it if at all possible and be prepared if you cannot. Unacceptable. (Edited November 15, 2007)
