We rented the Sandwolf's Den from siebert reality; a house that was probably nice at one time, but has since become dirty and decrepit. The whole outside was filthy, we had to scrub cobwebs off all of the decks and the windows before our event, the porch furniture was filthy and rusted out, and the solar heater for the pool was disconnected. The hot tub room is pathetic; Many of the blinds were broken and falling apart and we couldnt open one at all so we had to stare at that instead of the view of the ocean. We had a great time at Sandbridge Beach - and will return again but Seibert Realty won't be getting my business. We didn't have the most expensive property, nor did we have the least expensive....

We have rented a house for 13 years straight in Sandbridge and the house we rented from Siebert is the cleanest and best maintained house we have rented.
