I have been a patient of Dr. Sid for over 15 years. While he is kind and listens his office staff has a lot to be desired.

They do not have good quality customer service and act like you are an interruption in their day.

When you have an appointment, be prepared to wait at least 2 hours.

The Dr. is very good. However his staff lowers the rating. Your front office is the first line of contact. When you are met with hostility and unprofessional behavior your own defenses go up. There are extra long waits. My last appointment was me and at least twenty more people waiting. After an hour of waiting I was told it would "be a while...there are 2-3 people ahead of you".
