Showplace Cleaning Svc

This was an alleged ocurrence by this client. Our company has serviced the greater Nashville area for over 25 years. We serviced this customer one time. We provided the police department what they requested and depended upon them to validate or invalidate this complaint. I would not rely upon this one time customer comment. How do we know the customer did not fabricate this issue?

This customer has completely misstated our response to her concern. First of all, the customer's home was VERY DIRTY! The estimated cleaning time and price was made via the information provided by the customer over the phone. I think the best review anybody can give any service provider is their loyalty. . . I have been using Showplace Cleaning Services for almost 25 years and thourgh four different homes. . .whether it has been the regularly scheduled cleaning service or speical event cleaning . . .they have always been there when scheduled. . worked with me when things had to change. . .and always have cleaned my homes exactly the way I requested. . .again. . after 25 years. .you can accurately assume I have found Showplace services to be the best. . .I can not recommend them highly enough!!!
