Josh from Short pump heating and air came out on a Saturday to fix our AC unit. He was there when he said he was going to be and was very nice. He fixed the unit within minutes of coming to the house and explained to us what was wrong. I would use them again in the future. Their customer service was amazing!!

Called at 730 on a Friday night when my AC went out. Josh was here within an hour and fixed it. He is the best! Great customer service! Very pleased with this business and highly recommend.

They were professional, courteous and knowledgable. We were told exactly what would be done, they explained every part that would be replaced. Thought we would have to make it through the weekend and the hottest days so far this summer, but they did the install the next day! Can't say enough about the wonderful job they did.
