Went into Shoreline to get a car, had done all of my research online, saw the car I wanted and specifically told them that's what I wanted. I went in and spoke to Justen, told him I had $2000 and yet he kept trying to push and push more.
After constantly being told that he needed to go talk to his manager "Bill" he came back to me with the paperwork and I immediately noticed a glaring mistake. For a car that had been $9995 earlier that day and even weeks later on Autotrader.com, somehow the price had jumped to $16,950.
Getting slightly p@!%!d off at this, I decided I had enough, of course Justen went back to talk to his master, I mean Manager "Bill", Bill flat out came in and told me he didn't car if I got a car from there, even after I produced 20 CRISP $100 bills. This a@!%!*e had the nerve to disrespect me like that?
What ever you do if you're reading this, STAY AWAY FROM SHORELINE. They are dishonest, ripoffs, that need to be shut down. And had Bill not been in his 60's I would have knocked him out the way he spoke to me.

After 3 weeks and many many car dealerships later Bill and his people at Shoreline Auto were able to do our trade in on our vehilce and get us in to the vehilce we wanted in our price range. Something none of the other dealerships were able to do. And gave us alot more for our trade in than the others were telling us. They really treated us right and I know I will be going there for my next vehilce and telling all of our friends about them. They are the best out there and we appreciate all they have done for us.
Billy Phillips and Bill Conrad are amazing!!! They made sure me and my husband got the best deal for our 06 Chevy Impala SS. They stayed late to make sure we drove off with our first new car! I recommend Shoreline to everyone! I am looking forward to doing business with them again soon!
Horrendous business. Buying a car from these unethical people was one of the worst mistakes of my life and cost me thousands of dollars.
I really wish I could give this one star. This place sold me a lemon and refused to uphold any part of their warranty. It has drained me financially and emotionally. Do NOT put yourself through the same ordeal. PLEASE.
I bought a 2002 Jetta from this place on December 28. Three days later I found out it had an oil leak, bad battery & seat warmers didnt work. I took it back and was told it would take 3 days to fix. They wouldnt return my phone calls for over a week and in half after i brought it in. I finally got it back and all they did was change the battery. I took it back again and another week later the...
Worst car business in VB. Not only will sell you a bad car, but will not fix most of what would be covered under normal warrenty. Took my car to be repaired three times in a month, and each time it was there for over a week.
