I would not even give one star to Shockley honda. The paint on top of my HONDA PILOT (2014) is peeling and I you must go to a dealer to fulfill the requirements from American Honda. Yes, I did not purchase my car from Shockley but you would think I would be treated with respect and honesty as if I had purchased my car from this dealer. Receiving response:

My wife and I knew what we wanted when we walked in and was done in literally 1 hr. And that included us doing a test drive and getting lunch. Awesome service, friendly atmosphere and very nice facility. Scott Murray was our rep and went above and beyond for us. Thanks guys.
