This service is EXCELLENT! They did a thorough job and the rates are very competitive - love them! The CS is the one thing I would rate less than 5 stars; I set up the appt. for a Monday afternoon, got an e-mail confirmation a few days beforehand, and then when Monday afternoon rolled around, no maids! I called and they insisted that I was wrong: "your appt. was Tuesday!" Um, no! They did...

I had to have them come back out, which they did without any pushback. I had to track them down to pay them. I've used them before and will continue using them for my rental turnovers.
