Had a very difficult candle wax stain that needed to be removed. The wax was bright orange on a cream carpet! Mario came out this morning and got the wax up!! He was very personable, knowledgable and worked really hard to remove the stain. Very reasonably priced. The only complaint I have is that the person I spoke with on the phone seemed to promise services I did not receive.

Fast service a little too fast ifyou ask me lol . Rep was nice - we had formal chit chat he informed of the time it would take to dry . Carpet was fresh and neat . ONly reason I did not give 5 is I was not notified that my bathtub would be used for water purposes .
