I'm sorry to report that Sherrill's is now closed. Finally got back to it in early April, 2013, and was super disappointed to find it gone and replaced with a non-restaurant business. I'm not really surprised as it was hard to find and probably too small and casual to suit most folks. It's too bad we can't keep good independent...

I hate to say it but the fries are to die for! Had the same fries at Hunts Oyster Bar in Panama Beach, Fla.and am happy to have found them within driving distance. Had a broiled platter at Sherrill's for lunch and it was simply prepared and very good. This is a " food in a basket" place, not fine...

60 minutes of waiting when it wasn't busy

We waited for 10 minutes for drinks, another ten minutes for a cup for my two year old since she doesn't drink from soda cans and finally decided to leave 40 minutes after that. While strapping her into car seat the owner came to the car apologizing and gave us our food in a bag which wrong anyway. The staff...

I had been by this place many times and always wanted to try it and I now have finally. The food to me was as good as going to a little place at the beach. I had the oysters and my girlfriend had the mini crab cakes (which are made from snow crab instead of blue crab). They were GREAT!...

Excellent! Food was well prepared, service was friendly,prices reasonable. Small place but cozy. Varied seafood from haddock, shrimp, crab, scallops, oysters to name a few & generous servings
