Went to Shermans to turn in some gold for cash. At first we were greeted warmly then it became obvious that our salesperson,Meredith, was not happy with doing the long process of sorting through our gold and determining the value. She was borderline rude and I would advise against going to Shermans to take advantage of their cash for gold offer.

Absolutely terrible jeweler. We took my wife's engagement ring in for a simple repair. After waiting three weeks after being told the repair iwould take one week, we get the ring back and it's been completely butchered. The work was sloppy, there was extra gold making the ring misshapen, and the ring as a whole looked substantially different.
